Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Return & Refund Policy – Shri Ram Silver Works

Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you love your purchase every time. If you’re not fully satisfied, please read our simple policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. There is NO return on precious items.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and hallmark 925 intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all return/exchange requests.
  • There should be an unpackaging video of the product from start to end is required for all return/exchange requests.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Change of mind (only within 2 days of delivery & not for custom orders)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that are used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Without unpackaging, video return/exchange will not be accepted.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@shriramsilverworks.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return.
  3. Attach clear photos, videos, and unpackaging video if the product is damaged or defective.

5. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
  • For wrong, defective, or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for pickup wherever possible.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit, based on mutual agreement.
  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time for refunds: Within 7 working days after approval.
  • Time taken for the refund to reflect may vary by your bank/payment provider.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it within 2 days of delivery.
  • Keep all packaging safe.
  • Share clear photos and videos for assessment.

Silver Lifetime Buyback Warranty – Shri Ram Silver Works

All silver items of Shri Ram Silver Works come with a lifetime buyback warranty.

  • Eligible Content & Valuation
    Only the silver content of the product is eligible for buyback, at the prevailing market price of silver at the time of buyback. The market price will be determined by Shri Ram Silver Works.
  • Documentation Required
    Buyback is valid only if the product is BIS Hallmarked (925); only the Original Tax Invoice is required for buyback.
  • Melting Charges
    Silver melting charges will be deducted from the buyback amount. These charges will be decided by Shri Ram Silver Works.
  • Refund Method
    The buyback amount will be provided as a credit value, usable towards the purchase of any product available on the Shri Ram Silver Works website (shriramsilverworks.com). When placing a new order, please contact us to have the credit value adjusted from the backend. If your new order is of higher value than the credit, the extra amount must be paid via the available payment methods.
  • Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising from this buyback policy shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (Jurisdiction: Churu, Rajasthan). Any claim will be limited to the original selling price of the item.
